Bunch of Grapes is proud to serve as the official bookseller for the 5th Martha's Vineyard Book Festival. On Saturday, August 3 at the Harbor View Hotel in Edgartown and on Sunday, August 4 on the grounds of the Chilmark Community Center in Chilmark. Martha's Vineyard Book Festival is FREE and open to all ages.
A selection of authors reading and signing books during this year’s festival include Eric Asimov, George Howe Colt, Jamaica Kincaid, Tom Reiss, Richard Russo and Maggie Shipstead and many more. The schedule for the book festival will be posted here.
About the Festival
The Martha's Vineyard Book Festival is a bi-annual celebration of the island’s rich literary heritage and the joy of reading. Featuring great books and great writing this is considered one of New England's "Can't miss events," according to the Boston Globe. More than 30 featured best-selling and award-winning authors will speak and participate in panel discussions and book signings.
The Martha's Vineyard Book Festival is presented in partnership with Bunch of Grapes, Chilmark Town Affairs Council, Harbor View Hotel, Martha's Vineyard Savings Bank Permanent Endowment, Vineyard Stories, Cape Air and Jet Blue.
